Q. When will my order arrive?

A. Orders ship same day if ordered before 12 pm on business days and ship next day if ordered after. Economy orders usually arrive within 5-8 business days after shipment. Standard orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

 

As soon your order has shipped out, you will receive a tracking number and you can always reach out to us with any questions by emailing Info@inluminoheartink.com.

 

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on products ordered and location but is free for any orders over $50 within the US.

  

Q. Can I change my shipping address? 

A. Please double-check your address before placing your order, we cannot guarantee that your address will be able to be changed once the order is placed.

If you entered the wrong address please email us immediately at Info@inluminoheartink.com.

We are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address if the incorrect address was provided. Once marked as "delivered" by carrier tracking, we are not responsible for the package. The buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees if the package is returned due to an incorrect address and they would like it reshipped. 

 

Q. Does Inlumino Heart Ink ship internationally?

 A. Yes, we are happy to ship internationally. Our logistics team is working on getting fulfillment in different countries for cheaper international shipping.

  

Q. My package is lost, what should I do? 

A. If your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at Info@inluminoheartink.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.  

 

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Returned products must be received in their original packaging or they will not be accepted for a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 10-15 days for our team to process your return and issue a refund

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. If your order has already shipped we do not accept cancellations. Please contact us immediately at Info@inluminoheartink.com and we will assist you the best we can.

 

Q. How long does the ink last?

A. Our cartridges last approximately 4 hours of continual use.

 

Q. What tattoo machines will this cartridge fit into?

A. The Ballpoint Dot Pen Tattoo Cartridge will fit into any pen-style tattoo machine. Product for a coil machine coming soon.

 

Q. What is the ballpoint pen size?

A. We currently offer 0.5 mm and are working to release additional sizes.

 

Q. Does the ink smear?

A. This will have to do with the paper you use. Uncoated paper will absorb the ink best. Paper with any coating or lamination will not absorb the ink as readily and has potential for smearing.

 

Q. If I oder from outside of the US will I have to pay additional taxes?

A. If you order from outside of the US your country may charge you an import tax upon arrival. You are responsible for any additional customs fees or import tax. Inlumino Heart Ink is not liable for these charges.
